I just wanna share about how to clear BIOS password using DOS. This is an old school trick which I always use when I still work as computer technician. Note, it's not always work with all BIOS password, especially with new BIOS type.
1. Go to command prompt
2. Type this
debug [enter]
[enter]
o 70 2e
o 71 ff
q [enter]
If it still not work, you may use HIREN'S BOOT CD.
